URLRewrite for IIS 7.0 released

IIS team has made the URL Rewrite Module for IIS 7.0 Release To Web (RTW) available for download. This is a final, production-ready release that is officially supported by Microsoft.

  1. I checked with the IIS team. Here is what I received. Looks like they have identified and there is some workarounds. Hope this helps,

    “We’re looking at how we can better integrate IIS’s core pipeline with Visual Studio going forward. In the mean time, he’ll need to switch Visual Studio to use IIS instead of Cassini. Information on how to do that can be found here:
